I have spent a lot of time the last few years thinking about social interactions and physical posturing. By that I mean that I have spent a lot of time thinking about body language that we all display and what that means. How do we as a people react and or are influenced by it.
I recently discovered a Reddit thread the other day on this topic which lead me to a TED talk on the same subject. It’s called ‘Your body language shapes who you are‘ by Amy Cuddy. Its a TED talk that is really worth the 20 minutes it takes to watch it and answers a log of questions about what body language means and how you can use it to improve your own self confidence.
